Delivery and Return
Yes, we offer same day delivery anywhere within Delhi NCR only on selected products.
For all the products within Delhi NCR we charge a fees upto ₹50 on each product. For delivery within other states we charge the nominal courier prices.
You can schedule your delivery for particular dates that you might need the Tohfa for. Other than that our regular delivery days is 3-4 business days on individual orders.
Once you’ll place the order, you’ll receive a confirmation on your mail id with an order ID and you will be receiving your order shipment detail on whatsapp.
As we customise the orders, we only provide you exchanges in case a broken or mistaken product has been delivered to you.
Payments
We currently accept pre-payments only as we do not operate on our delivery services and rely on porter or uber delivery services, so we cannot offer COD as of now.
